Digital products, all sales final

Everything sold in the Legal Lotus store is a digital product: templates, forms, and downloadable resources you can access right after you buy. Because these are delivered digitally and can’t be returned once you’ve downloaded them, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds.

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you’re getting.

When we’ll make it right

We stand behind what we sell. If something goes wrong on our end, reach out and we’ll fix it. That includes:

• You were charged more than once for the same item.
• The file won’t download, is corrupted, or you never got access because of a technical problem.
• You bought the wrong item and haven’t downloaded it yet. Contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

To ask for help, email info@legallotus.legal within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of what happened.
